Chef Andreas Sellner featured in the Greenville News

Our Executive Chef, Andreas Sellner, was recently featured in the Greenville News on July 3, 2015.  The article entitled “A Chef’s Journey” talks about Sellner’s background, travels, and mentoring of celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse in his younger years.

Sellner is now working with Reserve Members, Trey and Clay Lee, on their organic farm, Living Winds Farm in Sunset, South Carolina.  The Reserve receives fresh heirloom varieties of vegetables from the farm and Chef Andreas uses them in dishes prepared at The Reserve’s Orchard House Restaurant.
