We value the importance of your safety and health, so we have created a new tour offering peace of mind amidst issues facing us in the current climate. For the first time, we are offering exclusive, customizable single-day tours for prospects to get a taste of what life is like alongside the pristine shoreline of Lake Keowee. At your own pace, you can experience the serenity and seclusion our members cherish. Our team will work with you to create an itinerary so you can explore The Reserve’s premier amenities, tour prospective homes and/or homesites, and meet and talk with other members and staff members so you can learn all about what living at The Reserve is like.
Day of Activities
On the day of your tour, with a simple itinerary, you can explore the community at your own pace and preference. Whether you’re interested in experiencing lake life at its finest, exploring community activities, or learning about how you can find or create your dream home, your sales agent and our on-site team are here to answer your questions.
Arrival begins at the check-in gate where you will meet your sales agent and make your way to the iconic Orchard Clubhouse. There you will have a chance to meet with the Head of Memberships and receive your itinerary for the day.
Discover the many premier amenities within the gates of The Reserve. Beginning at the Orchard Clubhouse, you can move throughout the community and tour the fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, golf course, marina, ending at the Village Center where you can explore the quaint hub of our beautiful community.
Take advantage of the newly renovated Market where you can grab a table outside and get to know other members. Get a taste of our updated lunch menu, or grab a slice of pizza cooked in our new brick oven. End with one of our delectable homemade desserts and/or freshly brewed coffee or tea.
This part of the tour is customized by you and your sales agent prior to your visit in order to suit your interests.

Your day at The Reserve can be concluded back at the Marina where you will embark on a Sunset Boat Tour of our community. Enjoy cocktails on the water with your sales agent as you jet around Lake Keowee surrounded by the many pleasant sights and sounds The Reserve offers.
