Reserve Lifestyle Fund
The mission of The Reserve Lifestyle Fund is to enrich the lives of our members and protect the local environment we all share. Established in 2003 as a non-profit 501(c)(4), our efforts are funded exclusively through real estate sales – not member donations – and primarily focused on these three strategic pillars.
Three Strategic Pillars
1
Engaging members
We know something special happens when a community comes together. Whether it’s sponsoring concerts at Turkey Ridge Park, hosting guest speakers and activities that inform and educate our members, or sponsoring blood drives to support Upstate South Carolina, we strive to engage our members and enhance the spirit of The Reserve.
2
Supporting the arts
While nature has provided its own unique canvas at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains, we believe art that specifically relates to the special nature of The Reserve further strengthens our community. That is why we sponsor an ongoing Artist-in-Residence program and have commissioned several displays of public art.
3
Enhancing Our Local Environment
The reflection of the Blue Ridge Mountains against the clear water of Lake Keowee makes this one of the most beautiful environments in the United States. It is also why The Reserve Lifestyle Fund works with local environmental partners to keep these waters clean and keep the local roads and landscape free of litter.
While other initiatives may fall outside of these pillars, most of our efforts fall within these three categories and are provided at no cost to existing members. When taken together, we believe The Reserve Lifestyle Fund is succeeding in making The Reserve an even more special place to call home and in building lifelong memories for our members.
